On Part 1 of Breaking down planning for the week, I talked about different meal days that I created. Sunday & Tuesday are my cook days, I cook a full meal with leftovers for the next day. My leftover days are Monday & Wednesday, these are typically the days where I dont have time to prepare a full meal so my family eats leftovers. Thursday & Saturday are my quick meal days, meals I can prepare in less then 45 minutes, that are fun & tasty and leaves no leftovers for the next day. Friday in my house is free choice, which we have resorted to doing pizza every week! Check out the video for full details and remember, your days may be different!
